1. Allocation of resources
1.1. Resource configuration per hosting account:
Entry - CPU guaranteed: 2.0GHz; RAM guaranteed: 2GB; Limit I/O** 10Mb/s;
Number of processes: 200; Concurrent connections: 20.
Evolution - CPU guaranteed: 4.0GHz; RAM guaranteed: 4GB; Limit I/O** 10Mb/s;
Number of processes: 400; Concurrent connections: 40.
Expert - CPU guaranteed: 6.0GHz; RAM guaranteed: 6GB; Limit I/O** 10Mb/s;
Number of processes: 600; Concurrent connections: 60.
Extreme - CPU guaranteed: 12.0GHz; RAM guaranteed: 12GB; Limit I/O** 10Mb/s;
Number of processes: 800; Concurrent connections: 80.
2. The use of resources
2.1. The client will consider that the web hosting packages are in a common server, so excessive use of resources for a long period of time by the customer or his customers will not be accepted.
2.2. Accounts that damage servers will receive a notification to resolve the issue within 12 (twelve) hours as long as the damage is not high. Otherwise, those accounts may be suspended until the situation is resolved.
2.3. If the customer fails to address the issues that have been notified within 2 (two) days of the date of the notification, we may, at our sole discretion, terminate the contract and delete the service.
2.4. The client can request to improve the package or resources allocated. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact us in advance to request the increase of resources in order to avoid the suspension of the service.
3. Payment terms, suspension, additional fees and service deletion
3.1. The counter value of the invoice is paid at the beginning of each payment period, within 7 calendar days from the date of the proforma invoice.
3.2. Activating a web hosting account is made approximately 2 (two) minutes after the payment has been confirmed.
3.3. Exceeding 2 (two) days of due date for payment leads to suspension of service.
3.4. Exceeding 10 (ten) days of the due date for payment leads to the application of the data retention service on our servers. The cost of server data maintenance is calculated as a percentage of 10% of the primary service value (hosting, servers, collocation etc.) but not less than 5 EURO +VAT.
3.5. Exceeding 30 (thirty) days of due date leads to irreversible deletion of the service.
3.6. To the price of the web hosting service is added for a fee the migration service worth 100 EUR, which WEB.RO initially provides as a discount. If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal for the web hosting package, for which he received the migration service free of charge (as a 100% discount), the customer will pay you the migration service in the amount of EUR 100.
