1. Resource allocation
1.1. Resource configuration per hosting account created by the reseller:

Guaranteed CPU 3.0GHz; Guaranteed RAM: 4GB; Concurrent connections 200; Number of concurrent processes: 200; I/O** Limit 10Mb/s; Inodes 1.000.000; IOPS 200.
2. Use of resources
2.1. The Customer will take into account that the reseller web hosting packages are in a shared environment (server), so excessive use of resources for a long period by the customer or its customers will not be accepted.
2.2. Accounts that damage the servers will be notified to fix the problem within 12(twelve) hours, as long as the damage is not extensive. Otherwise, the respective accounts may be suspended until the situation is resolved.
2.3. If the Customer fails to address the issues notified to him within 2 (two) days from the date of notification, we may at our absolute discretion terminate the contract and delete the service.
2.4. The customer can request the improvement of the package or the allocated resources. It is the customers responsibility to contact us in advance to request resource augmentation to avoid service suspension.
3. Payment terms, suspension, additional fees and service deletion
3.1. The counter value of the invoice is paid at the beginning of each payment period, within 7 calendaristic days from the date of issuance of the pro forma invoice.
3.2. The activation of a an account is carried out in approximately 2 (two) minutes from the payment confirmation.
3.3. Exceeding the due date for payment by 2 (two) days leads to service suspension.
3.4. Exceeding the due date for payment by 10 (ten) days leads to the the data maintenance service to keep data on our servers. The cost for the server data maintenance service is calculated as a percentage of 10% from the value of the primary service (hosting, servers, colocation, etc.) but not less than 5 EURO +VAT.
3.5. Exceeding the due date by 30 (thirty) days leads to irreversible deletion of the service.
3.6. To the price of the service, the migration service in the amount of EUR 100 is added against the cost, which WEB.RO initially grants as a discount.
If the customer exercises the right of cancelling the service, for which he received free of charge (as a 100% discount) migration service, the customer will pay the migration service in the amount of EUR 100.
