1. Installing the operating system
1.1. Free installation of the operating system by our technicians is only possible once. Any other installation of the operating system will be charged according to the customers requirements.
1.2. Client operating systems are not supported. Any operating system will only be downloaded by our technicians from the developers official website.
1.3. Installation of the operating system will be done during program hours displayed on the contact page.
2. KVM-Over-IP access
2.1. Access for KVM-Over-IP is offered free of charge for two hours with the option of extending without additional costs.
2.2. In order to avoid any abuse, the access to KVM-Over-IP will be disconnected every two hours and re-installation will only be possible after a new customer request.
2.3. Exceptions from the two-hour limit are accepted when a pre-request is received for the extension of the use time to more than two hours.
2.4. Access to KVM-Over-IP is only provided by opening a customer support ticket.
3. Support
3.1. Support is provided only up to root access on the server.
3.2. Our technicians will provide support only at the network level or when there is a problem generated by the hardware of the server.
3.3. Customer may request additional support. Any request in this regard will be made to the sales department and subsequently, depending on the customers request, an invoice will be issued for additional support. Invoice for additional support will be paid by the customer before the technicians handle the detailed issue for the additional support.
4. Payment terms, additional charges and suspension
4.1. The counter value of the invoice is paid at the beginning of each payment period, within 7 calendar days from the date of the proforma invoice.
4.2. Activating a dedicated server is done approximately 2 (two) hours after the payment is confirmed.
4.3. Exceeding 2 (two) days of due date for payment leads to suspension of service.
4.4. Exceeding 10 (ten) days of the due date for payment leads to the application of the data maintenance service on the server. The cost of the server data maintenance service is calculated as a percentage of 10% of the service value but not less than 5 EURO +VAT.
4.5. Exceeding 30 (thirty) days of due date leads to irreversible deletion of data on the dedicated server.
