1. Use of resources
1.1. All VPS servers are monitored to track resource consumption on the physical machine. If a VPS server uses too much resource (memory, processor) then it can be suspended without prior notice.
1.2. The client can request to improve the package or resources allocated. It is the customers responsibility to contact us in advance to request increased resources to avoid server suspension.
1.3. The Linux distributions available for the "VPS Shared Cloud" services are:

1.4. The Linux distributions available for the "VPS Dedicated Cloud" services are:

1.5. Upon request, the client can request the addition of an official Linux distribution, but only if this one is compatible with our virtualization systems.
The technical operator will verify the request and add the required Linux distribution by the client only if this one is compatible. Any distribution will be added to the list of distributions available only from the official websites and only after the necessary tests and verifications by the technical operators.
2. Backup policy
2.1. Backup is performed daily per VPS server through the R1Soft backup solution on external storage. Data on the backup server is stored for the last 10 calendar days. 
can not provide any warranty for the integrity of the backup.
2.2. The client can integrate their own backup solutions without damaging the physical cloud machines in any way.
2.3. is not responsible in any way for the loss of data hosted on VPS servers as a result of user actions, hacking or due to errors in applications not associated with the service.
2.4. If the service was not excluded from the backup list and you want to restore a backup for any other reason than the physical failure of one of the WEB.RO servers, the cost of restoration is 1 EUR+ VAT for 1GB occupied by the VPS Server or Web Hosting account. If the Web Hosting or VPS Server account is 10GB or less, then the cost will be 10 EUR +VAT.
3. Payment terms, suspension, additional fees, and VPS removal
3.1. The counter value of the invoice is paid at the beginning of each payment period, within 7 calendar days from the date of the proforma invoice.
3.2. Activation of a VPS server is made approximately 2 (two) minutes after confirmation of payment.
3.3. Exceeding 2 (two) days of due date for payment leads to suspension of service (VPS server).
3.4. Exceeding 10 (ten) days of the due date for payment leads to the application of the data retention service on our servers. The cost of the server data maintenance service is calculated as a percentage of 10% of the service value but not less than 5 EURO +VAT.
3.5. Exceeding 30 (thirty) days of due date leads to irreversible deletion of the service (VPS server).
